    There are quite a few grinding spots that you neglected to mention, though this guide does work quite well from what I've seen.

    In particular, there is a spot for Lv 65-75 in Gavel within the border caves between the Dark and Kander Forests, nearby to Castle Dullahan. Those who have completed the Lazarus Pit quest most likely know the spot due to the enemies suddenly rushing at them from seemingly nowhere...
