Media Marked's Files Of Obscure Locations 6

Hi, I am Marked, and today I will take you to some the more obscure locations in Wynn and Gavel.

Note: most location names are unofficial. Commentary goes below the relevant picture, not above.

Rymek Bazaar

This is the first time I'm revisiting a location I've made a file about already. The original file can be found here: https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/markeds-files-of-obscure-locations-3.95282/



A big reason for me to make another file about the same Bazaar is that the actual build got some minor changes, it's not just that the place look different with the resource pack.



Something funny happened here and it took me a while to notice. The daylight sensors which looked like egg cartons in vanilla minecraft are now stacks of books. The sign saying 'Elibods Eggs' is gone and you can't get behind the counter anymore without teleporting because the counter moved a whole block to the left. What happened?



There's a daylight sensor behind the pistons toggling them on and off depending on the time. The first time this happened the counter was pushed and the sign fell off.



Eggs are actually 8 emeralds a piece but they're overpriced eitherway.




Bigar's Shower Shop hasn't changed much. However, he has replaced his sponges with 'rainbow rocks' as I call them. They're pink in one screenshot and yellow in the other.



Pacap still hasn't returned from his cactus search. Now I want to see a quest where you have to look for him.



There are two minor changes to Dolg's stand. His brewing stand is missing a potion and he has a chest with a texture different from other ones.



The chest I mentioned. Efilim has one too, and I can't remember seeing them anywhere else. Do tell me if you find any.



Allmvik hasn't changed at all, and sells apples which have zero use. He's pretty boring.



Spit is still nowhere to be found so I can't buy myself some comfy clothes.



He might be lying anyway.



Efilim hasn't changed either. I suspect he imports those potatoes from Gavel, considering they have a huge excess of them. Note the chest to the left.



Bevis buys bat ears, coyote fangs, rotten flesh, and bone meal.



Lusuco buys and sells useless feathers. Rymek was added before Lusuco which explains why the name is used twice.

It's funny how most if not all of these merchants' names are anagrams of builders/GMs/mods/staff, and their names are used for other things.

Pseudodragon

A small, hidden mob in a small cave up a stream that will follow you and damage hostile mobs. His health is low however. 'Pseudo' means false, which implies this mob is not actually related to dragons.

 

Pacap is Capa, Bigar is Igbar

Dolg is named after me, and so is the chieftain.

 

Mods don't like you to tag them.

 

Those shops look pretty interesting. Even though some of them might be overpriced, I'm still pretty excited to see them for myself!

 

The reason why the eggs went was because daylight sensors are now the book piles. How do I know this? Well, the Detlas Identifier used to have Daylight Sensors but now it has books... so yeah.

 

Those fancy chests, I've seen a few around, I think theyre meant to be like, locked chests

Marked, while exploring near teh Gr34t br1dg3, I found a shack with 2 interesting mobs. I have a theory also.








I happen to find a shack and some gentleman penguins also a [ILLEGAL TO TELL OTHERS] nearby and some weird button under a statue.
Perhaps Jon The Hermit was a man from either Troms or Nessak who went cuckoo like the Crazy Wolf Trainer in the cave below Nessak nearby or even like the Zombie Survivalists.
He may have made it past the Gr34t br1dg3 because he's a hermit and lives in the wild, he must know the place like the back of his hand. My main focus these days is Nessak and Dernel, what mobs and secrets lie within?

I think Ghost the Direwolf is a domestic form of a Dire wolf, most likely proving that Jon had visited the Ice Canyon at one point.

 

I heard that the different type of chest are the trapped chests.

Quest: Pacap's Cactus-y Search
Level: 39

Step 1: Go to Almuj

Step 2: Find a cactus

Step 3: Stay there for the next 20 years

Step 4: Be salty because you failed to find Pacap

Step 5: ???

Step 6: Profit.

I'm not sure but I thought it was a reference to something. And I know what's nearby ;)

Had a word with Bigar and managed to get some proper sponges in stock. He refused to tell me what the multi-colored blocks actually were, but they stank of that mushroom cave near Efelim...
