Beneath The Depths Boss

I am a level 65 warrior with decent gear and 80 defense points so when I fight a boss and it can bring me from 4000 health to no health in about 15 seconds I am very confused! Where the boss (Treasure Guardian from Beneath the Depths) has normal amounts of health and seems to take damage normally for a few seconds when the fight begins the boss suddenly teleports and uses the equivalent of an arrow storm that lasts for about 3 seconds and does a ton of damage. I want to know if this insanely quick kill is how the boss fight is meant to be and the level 60 quest level is misleading or the boss spell has been glitching the last 6 times I have tried. That boss is really powerful. I had trouble with it too, and i was around level 70. All I can say is try to get someone to help or get some healing pots :c

 

I just tried it with 10 healing pots and I killed it successfully by putting it in lava but obviously you cant get the item that way... I tried man fighting it and it was impossible.

Did you beat it successfully? If so I would pay you to help me. Just name your price

 

I just completed the quest today as a lvl 60 Archer.
He could litterally one shot me.
The way that I killed the boss was by standing at the entrance of the room where he couldn't reach me and then spamming arrow-bomb until he died.

 

If anyone is having a problem with this boss and wants to do it together or wants to be payed I want help doing it!

 

I couldn't beat him with my level 67 archer, so I switched to my end-game (Lv. 75) Archer to get the item.
He was almost able to 4-shot my old end-game Archer. Luckily I hid behind a wall and bounced bomb arrows at him.

 

Thats no glitch. The boss is really hard. I completed it as a 61 archer, and if you need help I could help you. :)

Running around the towers is a great strategy by the way. :)

A strategy I suggest using is to circle around the pillars in the room, that way he will have a very hard time hitting you. I beat it with my level 60 mage using that tactic. He's really easy if you take away his spell.

Hm, yes I believe he was possibly buffed IDK, lots of people had trouble with him, It took me 2-3 trys to kill him, when before no one had any problems.
