Quest Broken [small Fix Found]

Ok so I started the Flight In Distress quest, I got to the Pirate Queen and killed her, went through the door and took the Queens Jewel. But once I went through the trap door saying "exit" I warped to a closed in box-room of coal blocks with a tripwire hook and didn't re-warp. I waited and nothing happened, tried changing classes and server worlds, and even did /kill and came back, only with the same result!
If there is a fix can someone please tell me and can this please be fixed by the GMs?

Ok it seems /fixquests will refresh the TNT door on the ship and reset the warp, it worked for me.

Though I found another issue, in "An Iron Heart Part 2" I got the factory helm but even after I equip it I cannot enter, it just says I need the helmet either when I'm wearing it or not, and re-spawning the helmet with /fixquests isn't working!
How do I fix this? GMs can I get some assistance please? Thanks in advance.

 

What does your quest book say?

On the path from Daxe's house to the factory, turn left at the fork in the road. You will get to an area with a quest NPC, a couple hostile villagers, and some other villagers. Talk to the NPC and then go to the factory.

 

Ok thanks, I left the server and closed minecraft after the world I was in crashed, when I checked the book was now updated.

When I came back on the book said that, thanks

Were you able to exit the black box when it did not warp?
Also, it must have just been a matter of changing worlds.

No, I and a few other unlucky players were all trapped there, even changing worlds was un-successful so only /kill worked.
