Skill Points Not Increasing?

So.. I have been leveling quite a bit recently, and when i add skill points to my Strength or Defense category... It stays at 64 no matter what.


I have tried relogging, switching servers, etc.

Please help!

 

If you hover over the corresponding book, it should say your points are what they actually are. The reason they're appear to be stuck at 64 is because Minecraft only allows a stack of 64 items maximum without any modifications, glitches, or other trickery.

 

Well, it might have increased, but the number doesn't change because of minecraft's usual item limit of 64. If you hover your mouse to the skill, it should show that its above 64 if any points have been added to it.

 

Have you actually read the real value by hovering your mouse over the stat?

 

I have tried that, and I had my assumptions about it being that.
