Late/end-game Builds (discontinued)

What i think is that you see the word "Cancer" and 'Taurus", and than you stop reading.

As a told you SO many times, roulette blocks the negative melee dammage % of cancer, and Cancer kind of blocks the low attackspeed from Taurus. Taurus is great with Roulette... Thats all about it. Get it???

soo, Roulette has 1000% melee damamge, and Cancer -150%. 1000%+-150%= 850% melee dammage, so i dont get your -150% :)

im just done, i told you yesterday that cancer cancels out taurus. for christ's sake listen to me for once

 

I see all these people with shops of legendaries and then there's me. Someone with a full bank and no one to buy stuff...aka a ton of rares.(I don't get legendaries, my loot bonus sucks)

 

Like ajdude said, it's imposssible to win an argument against someone who is stubborn. If he doesn't want to listen to you, don't go making a huge fuss about it. Ever heard of ignoring someone? You probably have, but you didn't think it was a wise choice and telling someone to listen to you is a more wise choice.

I was wondering, have you tested this ingame? Because from what I've seen, spell/melee damage is additive, not multiplicative, and that raw is added before %.

so in theory, (this is actually based off how my spell Mage works) the Taurus gives you 1000 ish raw melee damage. Afterwards, that melee damage is multiplied by the sum of your melee %. With roulette giving, say 1000%, while cancer gives -130%, IN THEORY, based on how all other items are calculated, this should give you 870% damage, bringing your left click up to 8700 damahe. After which, the tier attack speed from Taurus and cancer should both cancel each other out, leaving you with around a normal attack speed of 8700, along with tons of poison. So unless they changed how this is calculated specifically to stop this build, that Dutch ghost guy is correct.

 

well according to the content team, taurus cancels out cancer.

 

Doesn't really make sense. Cancer knocks out Taurus for the most part, since % would bear raw damage.

 

But how/why does it cancel out? And I believe the idea is that the roulette stops the cancer from canceling out the Taurus

It's not entirely a poison build. I was going for a build with plenty of health and thunder power along with some defense and some great poison damage.
I'm gonna put the total stats on the build soon

 

Your thunder is 100% useless because Cancer makes you deal 0 melee/spell damage ._.

 

I've been reading the wynncraft item guide and it doesn't say % on any of the items so I was assuming that the -100% spell and melee dmg was just taking away 100 dmg T.T
Eh, the poision on Cancer is still incredible and causes potential 4000 poision dmg when combined with scorpio.
And if I want to cause melee and spell dmg, I'll just replace Cancer with Aries.
