I've heard about this chestplate but it's not that good. Not worth wearing a blue mask

Blue mask is a helmet that gives up to 20 in every skill point. With 34 invested points in each skill and a blue mask with 16+ in each category you could wear the chestplate, but giving up an efficient skill point build and the ability to use a different helmet isn't worth what the chestplate gives.

 

It would be cool if this gave skill points in everything or boosted all elemental damage, if it did i'd replace Libra with it on my Freedom archer build but no.
