SPOILER Powder Teaser: What Could This Be?

Did I miss something or is this new?

 

That's what the resource pack calls your inventory. It's a feature in-game right now. It only appears when you're in GUIs though so it's not very easy to notice.

 

it's got to be powders look at the way it was shaped ._.

 

I think it's the RP's name for the inventory.

 

Satchel is what your inventory is called.


Gonna take a wild guess and say it's some sort of either trading for powders on the new powder application menu. Something like, the weapon goes in the circle and then you can add powders according to amount of slots.

 

How soon is soon? I have to know soon. So I can wait for the powders coming "soon".

So anyways, the system seems pretty understandable. Put in an item in the right slot, then apply each of the 5 elemntal powders to increase whichever attribute it has on your gear, so it increases the ie thunder value of the item, increases attack speed when it is applied. Looks like you can apply multiple powders as well!

 

My guess is that this is just the new powder GUI. My assumption is the you put your weapon in the crafting square in your inventory and this opens up. The amount of slots for powders = the number of slots your weapon has. No more glitch inventory weapon enchanting, and easy to add all your powders at once!

POWDER CRAFTING BOOIIIIS

 

This looks fairly simple.

The first slot is for your item, where it has x amount of slots.

The 5 slots are where you put your powders. Either it'll block off powder slots if the item only has 2 slots or it just forces the powder back into your inventory.

Then it looks like there's an emerald cost, like how IDers work? Along with a new NPC?

That's sorta what I can guarantee so far.

 

From the looks of it:

You place the weapon/armor in the circle on the left

Put the powders in the powder slots

Click the green checkmark

And

Stuff happens.....

 

What about the item Empire Builder with 8 slots? It either will change size with the number of slots remaining or you would have to do it twice for weapons with 6+ slots

 

Maybe for open this inventory we need to speak to a "powder master" or something like that.

 

That's how the magic happens ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

If anyone's noticed there are two arrows. Maybe you can take powders off as well?

 

Completely forgot about that detail. I guess you can actually try different sets out now without making one item trash forever o.o

BUT THAT'S GONNA MAKE POWDERS WORTHLESS THEN RIP

 

That would be nice, it allows for people to interact and test new builds without wasting powder.

I recently saw a post about people finding "Powder Houses" in major cities. I think it might be such that you can only add powders in the cities, at the 'Powder Master'. It would be a bit OP if you could edit builds in battles to better combat your enemy.
