These boots are junk. I pity the person who wins this bid. The ids are below average. Poison does very little, and the dmg isnt reliable. Youre better off with mementos.

 

If they are below average according to you (which they are not according to item guide it says 700 and 10% walk speed as the average) , then SoupIsSweet is Super under below average?

My speed is also above average. My boots minimum are for lvl 90, not for lvl 92. Screen shot of the 20% thunder?

 

I sold them to a guy, but I have gotten them, but the poison was like 477.

 

Yeah, so these boots are more for the people who are focusing on a complete poison build with some walk speed alongside.
