Best Dagger ?

The best dagger for you is highly dependent on your build. There is no one best dagger because different daggers can be used to accomplish different things depending on your playstyle.

This, also applies to every weapon type, for example lots of people from what I hear think Cascade is pretty shit but I personally think it's good

Normally for each of your classes you should go for a 2 element build. It's advised to build the class based on its abilities.

(e.g. Earth and Fire for Warrior, Air and Fire/Earth for Archer, Water and Thunder for Mage, and Thunder and Earth/Air for Assassin)

If you decide to pick Earth and Fire for Warrior for example, make sure to invest most of your skill points in them. But make sure to leave some for the other 3 elements! If you're unhappy with your current build you could always purchase a skill reset scroll for 1LE at the Tower of Amnesia. (Only accessible by finishing the same quest)

Always wear armor and accessories and use weapons that suits your build. Keep a lookout for your stats in elemental damage and defense. You don't want to be dealing negative elemental damage and having negative elemental defense on your main skill build. For example, go for weapons that has "+200 Earth Damage" or "+9001 Fire Damage, -9001 Water Damage". Same applies for armor in terms of elemental defense. Always focus on your skill! Health and others comes second.

NEVER EVER wear armor based on how much HEALTH it gives.
Like Salted said, wearing armor and using weapons that is beneficial to your skill build can make you stronger.

 

Isnt the best dagger the hive one?

 

Not really. Some builds makes troll weapons to good weapons (sometimes good weapon become troll..... cave)

 

Depends on your build. If you're going thunder/fire, use Black. If you're going Earth, go Aradicus's Maw or Grimtrap. Water idk much about, maybe the hive daggers or Waterspout. I also don't know much about air.

Or if you do wear an armour based on its health, only do it if your current armour piece for that type has half the health of that one (with exceptions for things like statue for obvious reasons).

 

This dagger of mine is pretty darn good :P

 

200 Health per second and 92.6 Poison per second...No wonder you have a > 1/1000000 chance at getting something like that...

 

I would die with that dagger, -1 mana steal would ruin me .-.

 

tthe thing about this dagger is that to use it you have to go with he 2nd worst assassin build in the game
if there is any thunder mythic dagger it would be the best
for now its probably weathered

Idk, I feel like I would enjoy being able to walk up and multihit things without having to use vanish to, ya know, not die.
