Executioners Helm Nerfed?

My exe helm used to give 401 life steal.. now only 158... Why devs, u nerf everything good!

i heard i was messaging someone and he told me he bought it from ganny for 80 le xd

 

Was not mine, was a friends helmet and they sold it. and im suprised but glad it got nerfed.

 

And I sold it at an Item Buyer because I thought it was bad. Wow greedy people paying 80 LE for that.......

 

What was the other nerfed item?

 

soul signal also now needs 40 intel instead of 30... these changes are ruining my build..

 

Soul signal requires 45 dexterity too, right? I thought it was always 40 intel 45 dex

 

Abyssal Amulet, the Mana Steal was removed.

 

Obviously they had to nerf the 2 items that I relied on most...
I'm stuck now, until I get something with Mana steal again.

 

i feel u. ruined every single build for me. I dont understand if they think 400 life steal for a rare helmet is op, they WHY add it? like they let us make our own build and then BAM ruin it with a nerf. this is getting ridiculous.

dex is okay for me but used to be 30 intel.

 

Its not Thaaaat bad, I just need to find new gear with Life steal and Mana steal..
