    Hi ^-^
    I'm at a dilemma about a ring I found. I was wondering if this ring... is good or bad? I mean the defense and health on it are great, but the negatives...

    I've acquired three rings so far, but none seem that great, the negative id's don't seem to change much, I was wondering if anyone has gotten this ring with id's that make it usable? (Can this ring actually be good?)

    I also wanted to know if the negative defense and health id's of the ring also influence the stats (defense and health) it gives c:

    Just like it's name... is it a gamble? (Only luck will tell?)

    Yep, it's a gamble! The negative's variations can either subtract from what it already has and make it pretty useless or not subtract much and make it really OP. @Tantibus can explain more.

    If I were you, I'd get rid of it ASAP. The given elemental defenses and health will instantly get rekt by the negative ids, making it pretty much useless...

    I wonder what other people think of it.

    I guess the gamble is if the health bonus and defenses are better than the negative IDs or not

    Yup the id's are not the best, but I acquired all of them yesterday, so with some luck I might find better ones? Who knows...

    it can be very op if the negative side effects are smaller than the positive health and defense

    The reason it's called the Gambler is that the ring's ids are the same as the things it gives you. For example, it could give you a slight increase in health or a slight decrease in health. For health, the first one would be the only good one. But that same one wouldn't be good for earth, water or thunder defence because they do -100%, which means that you will get no defence in those ones at all.

    To be honest he got pretty bad rolls on all of them. Either I don't quite understand how the ID variance works or people just have really bad luck.

    I think the negative health goes up to -1900 so I got pretty unlucky, but the other stats seem good

    Considering the only negative roll is on health, you got a pretty darn fantastic one! Even the health loss isn't even that bad.
