Hey guys,
Haven't done much theorycrafting before.
However, I have found a mysterious tomb at the landwall of the sky islands.

See that? There's a hole there that enters into a small catacomb of some sort. Inside the catacombs are various ANGELS. Although they are seen in other parts of the Sky Islands, why would they be inside a tomb. And even more importantly, why is there an ANGEL OF PROTECTION guarding the tomb?

According to @SkySez , there are 18 skeleton skulls, 1 wither skull, and 1 player head inside the tomb.

Now, as we head down into the tomb, we stop at a coffin in the end.

Now, look at the screenshot. There is an ANGEL OF VENGEANCE. There are also Angels of Battle inside the catacombs, for which I have idiotically not screenshotted. Could they be defenders of the tomb, and could the Angels of Vengeance want to avenge whoever died here's death?

On top of the coffin appear to be 4 buttons(two are shown in the following picture). There is also a wither skull at the end.

What does this all mean? Here's what I'm suspecting: This is the tomb of Gale. Although I lack evidence, the angels may explain. I have not thoroughly searched the entire tomb yet, but this is what I think. I have not found any secret entrances/triggers/buttons in the room yet. The buttons cannot link to any redstone.

Found in the lore of Ohms' Wish, legendary wand:
"If anyone finds this, leave it at my Gale's gravesite. I promised her a memento, too. This inscription is extremely weathered."
Of course, we don't know anything about this tomb yet, and it could very well not be Gale's tomb. Haven't found any secret hoppers. lol
And for those who were mislead, Gale is the guy and Ohms is the girl, according to the lore of Gale's Sight.

Geez I didn't think people would find that Tier 4 loot chest so easily.

 

I found this before and it was quite neat. I was only a level 84 at the time so I had to rely on some Angels of Protection a bit. I came across it looking for the "encampment towards the sun's first shining". Turns out it never existed ;-;

 

I found it a lot earlier ;P

 

maybe this might help with something, theres 1 skull (player head) 2 wither skulls and 18 skeleton skulls, i think.

Also theres a white wool outside of the tomb, and in a nearby island with an air ballon, if u go to the bottem of the island theres a purple wool.

Ok so, we have a few options. I say we grab someone with ohms wish, go down there, and drop the wand on the grave. See if it opens anything up. If not, then it's not her grave. Also look through it throughouly for any hidden buttons, levers, switches, or puzzles.

I wouldn't be so cruel as to force you to give up a legendary to access a secret.

 

Hmmmm, IDK if it would be Gale's tomb, cause there just doesn't seem to be a whole lot of air/archery stuff in it. Like, Bob's Tomb at least had some kind of close combat fighting (as well as teamwork to get in). I feel someone as powerful as Gale would have a more complex tomb, with wind and stuff. And maybe some targets.

 

Those are just leftover markets used while building the map. The Sky Islands are still WIP, so expect those markets to remain for a while.

 

I've been there and combed that tomb over. Sadly, I have found no connection to Gale. It might be hidden there, but it is VERY well hidden if it is.

I don't think this would be Gale's tomb however, I think it would be more hidden. OR, it is hidden in this actual tomb.
