Should I Make A Low Level Shop?

    I am wondering if I should make a shop for the low level people. Specifically levels 10 - 35? Should I do it?

    Its a good idea. But do you really wand to grind for items at those areas after you get into the higher levels and then the whole idea will kind of flop.
