Heretic Gods: Forum Experiment (rp)

(The drow and dwarf relationship is one of Columbus and the native Americans, not imperialism. Except here, there is a third party, humans.)

As the party sweeps their eyes around the inn, they notice a few interesting characters. The barkeep is a very old man, who is chatting with a human woman in full plate mail. There are two traders sitting in the middle of the room, counting coins, and liking at a map (like the one above). There is also a male drow in a oppisite corner, heavily drinking (strange, drow normally do not drink) and eyeing the crowd, as if they are expecting trouble.

 

"the mountain", Thank, Prull, for the extremely broad term.

 

"We should leave," I say quietly, eyeing the drow. I make for the door without waiting for the rest of the party.

(Where is the museum?)

 

I look at the party, then follow Irene to the door.

*gulps down his beer* "Wait *hiccup* for *hiccup* me" Cole drunkly follow the party

 

(The museum is in the Drow capital city, which was once the dwarven capital city. The Drow had renamed the city Tramded)

As the party exits the tavern, you are on a road. The road is called Main way, and it travels the circumference of the hill. It is still around 5:00, but a eerie haze fills the air, like there is something the city wants to hide. The party then realized that they had left raflin inside, and start waiting for him outside the tavern.

 

"Wher is dat ralph...refilly...refine..." He is drunk if you didn't know

 

What is with this fog, I do not like it, something is wrong. Also, when will Raflin get here?

"Ugh... I'll drag Raflin out if I have to." I sigh, glancing warily around the street.

Hey, Raflin, did you notice if Ronan came out? Or was he still in there when we left?

As you rejoice at the sight of your team member raflin, you then notice another person leaving the tavern. It is the woman from the bar, except she now has a helmet on. The helmet is very shiny, bearing a singular blue dot on the left side. She speaks

"You should not have taken that mans money. I cannot touch him, but you are fair game"

She then puts up her arms like she is holding a two handed sword, even though there is none there...

But she hits raflin! Raflin flies across the street like he had been hit by a runaway horse. He falls on the ground, but picks himself back up, and dusts himself off.

"Ralphy!" *Tries to attack her with a sword(Guessing that we start off with our preferred weapon)*

 

"I know not what you are talking about," I address the woman. "Please, explain."

 

Calm down, this may be easily resolved.

I run over to Raflin to try to help him up.

 

Oops! Forgot to explain combat! Give me a minute to prepare a quick tutorial

Here is how combat works. Everyone starts with 20 health. This goes down quickly. A lot of things can increase or decease health, so be inventive!

In a battle, you take turns fighting. If someone gets the surprise on you, they go first, and vise versa. On a teams turn, everyone in that team rolls to hit (1-20 with some modifiers), and then rolls for damage depending on their weapon specs. Weapons work like wynncraft, with max and min damage. On your turn, you may either
attack,
rest (for +2 health),
Or do something else (like negotiate or move)
Your move will be a singular post, if you make a post after your turn, before it is your turn again, it will not count. If you do not respond for at least 4 hours, another player can ask me to make your move for you. If you do not respond in 24 hours, you will not make a move.
