Strange New House In Nivla Forest

After casually walking through Nivla forest, I came across this strange house.
It's new to the Gavel update (There are piles of books)
The house has no mobs or villagers in, just some powders on item frames.
I believe this is where a new powder NPC will be located in a future update, this house is just like the identifier on emerald road.

If you want to check it out, it's on the main path from Ragni to Detlas

I use Aries, Leo, Greaves of the Veneer and Scorpio, which are all very tanky

There's also a prison near the borders of the map next to Ternaves.
I couldn't find an entrance though.

 

Surprised I didn't notice that on the map, nice job finding it

 

There's a lot of new hidden builds in Wynn that are kind of hiding, like the "passerelle" on the right of Detlas, that I guess is a new way of transport from Detlas to Cinfras. (Again, gg to the Wynn team)
