New Patch?

Was there a new patch, I was playing on my alt acc to farm depressing items, I went away for few hours and came back on to my main acc, my weapon requirements has change, and drawing armor thing, was there a new patch?

 

Yup, the Dexterity requirements on some weapons were added(previously they did not show up, although it was meant to be there).

Armor skins returned as well, hence the "Drawing Armor" process.
