Question On The Rules

ok, So we can not talk about relic locations because of the sealed letters.

First of all the rule is kind of stupid because you can find what the sealed letters say on the wiki, and there are tons of videos out there on relic locations.

But even if it's a stupid rule, it's a rule none the less.

So I have a question.

If player A and player B both know all the locations, and player A knows player B knows them all, and player B knows player A knows them all, are they aloud to talk about the relic locations privet message (or conversation or whatever you call it)

Here's a less confusing example. I know all the locations. Can I talk to someone else about all the locations (if they all ready know them) so we can try to put a theory together that happens to involve the relic locations?

Well obviously, if two people know how to do ??? They can talk about it in private. You can reveal powder stuff though.

Yes.

 

You can talk about relic locations in private.
Even if a player doesn't know where a relic is and he asks you to tell him you can /msg him the location.
