Ahmsord's "void"

I have realized, Ahmsord can't possibly be the entry to the lore-wise void. I'd doubt it. Now, what could be down there? New land? Dern? Fruma?

So its not really a Sky Biome, but more of a Floating Lands Biome.

 

One interpretation of what the void under Ahmsord is, is it's just a hole, and the space between the top of the world, and the core of the planet is just a really big open cavern that extends near infinitely downward. eventually you'd end up in either the Nether, or a molten core of iron.

 

So then strong winds getting caught in the hole would keep the islands floating?

 

Its a door to Chaos.

 

The heat of the core could be super heating the air and Ahmsord is simply a vent to keep the core stabilized. A Fan that prevents the core from getting too hot. Perhaps 1 day the core got too hot and the air exploded underneath Ahmsord and all the islands float because of the air escaping, the heat caused Molten heights to erupt, and the mountains were formed from land violently being throw outward.

but that's just speculation :p

 

Therefore
we should fire a proton missile down it and blow up everything.

I think it leads to the void dimension. Actually, this makes a good theory since I'm exploring Sky Islands. Wait a second I'm level 68 why the hell am I even here you can't even get rotten flesh from here

 

Its the point of the world that things are losing their weight. But the void? Hes there only because you think he is there,The islands are floating because thats how it's looks,but look again...

Maybe it's just a piece of land that got eaten by a huge dragon...?

 

So I (Lvl 50) recently spent a large amount of time in the area east of cinfras. That included falling off of the sky islands. There is nothing down there. The air gets so thick that you can't breath, causing you to die (void damage) before hitting any bottom, (if there is a bottom).

Magic is wired, perhaps it truly is a bottomless pit
