Can someone please tell me the coordinates or a simple way to get to the factory? I can't find it at all.

The factory is west of Olux. You can simply follow the mountains that way, and you'll find an abandoned wooden building, which is the factory. The coordinates of it are around -2118 x, 55 y, and -5554 z. You'll need the "Factory Helmet" from Iron Heart Part I to go inside, so don't forget to bring it.
