Quest Reward Not From Quest

So i just ID'd some stuff and I got this.
It seems to be a reward for quest "The Lost" but I got it from a mob drop. Are these supposed to drop or is it a bug?

 

I don't think it's a reward, it just requires the quest to be used. Which is weird, I thought the same thing when I first got one of those (there's four, one for each class).

 

Those types of weapons you don't get from quests, but you have to do the quests to use them. It's not a bug, it's a feature.

 

There's an accessory called Pandemonium that is a mob drop that requires completion of ??? to use it c:

 

That's pretty bizarre for a feature...

 

Yeah, the Solitaire bow also requires completion of The Lost. I've also seen a spear that has the same requirement, and I'm sure there's a dagger like that as well.

It's not a bug, it just has another requirement to use it.

It's just another item made up with the references from a quest. These items aren't particularly powerful anyways.
