How Could This Happen??

So yesterday im doing An Iron Heart part 2 quest and it requires me to put on my factory helmet so i take off my spectre (lv 65 legendary hat) but the second i took it off, my chestplate and leggings automatically took themselves off too, saying i dont have enough intelligence to use it. I checked my intelligent and it was really not enough. But how???? I used to be able to put them all on but now i can only put on my sodeta boots and montefiore, which doesnt give me a lot of health

 

Doesn't spectre give an intelligence boost?

 

I believe this error has happen with your armor you have before the update. So if the armor now requires more intelligence and you have less than the required, it will be automatically taken off for not having the requirements. (I guess it also takes other armor you don't have enough intel/stats for)

 

If that's so, Spectre probably has an Intel boost. Taking it off lowered Intelligence, removing your chestplate and leggings.
