Somehow, I still find Maelstrom better than Bob's bow. I want to know which one to use primary.

It really does depend on what you prefer, either hitting fast and not doing much or hitting slow but hard. Whenever fighting bosses, use the Mythic now because most bosses have elemental defense and don't take Damage from anything that does elemental attacks.
