Urgent - Staff Help!

I can't play on my level 58 warrior. Whenever I try to join, I get an error. I have provided a video of me re-creating the error. Thanks for the help! I really hope someone can fix my issue.

Well I don't know if there's really a way to solve this, so why not take the opportunity to level them? I was being semi-serious you know, not just saying something useless.

 

Okay, I thought you were 100% kidding sorry. I just really want this class to be fixed by a staff member or something because it's my most leveled character, and I have just come back recently because of the Gavel update.

 

Don't worry, even if they don't end up fixing it for you, the error should cease to happen relatively soon. How long has this been happening? If it's just today, it'll probably be gone tomorrow.

I had this problem as well, you get stuck in a dark room and can't get out. Have you tried using /kill or a tp scroll? If they work, set your class to auto-join so you don't have to go through the 'choosing your class' thing again.

Nope still down. also that error thingy, it happened to me too when i tried to play as my archer. but sometimes i dont get the error after i kept choosing my class.

Yeah, when I try going into a different class and then doing /class, it gives me the same error as it does when I first log in.

 

Wait, you guys can connect? why can i not?

 

I'm not sure what to do from here, maybe try contacting a staff member? I don't think there is another way out.
