SPOILER What Do We Know About Qira?

I'm very curious to know how much about Qira gets revealed in her quest. I'm currently stuck, so all I know about her is :
- That she's a crazed witch who's so powerful, Gavel asked her to keep to her Hive so there'd be no fighting between the two.
- Spiders everywhere
- She creates monsters based on elements, with Air being her weakest and first, and fire being her latest and most recent
- The merchants and whatnot respect her greatly (the ones in the Hive)

Also, does anyone have a good picture? Theres no pics I can find, and all video over her were either recorded on potatoes or are covered with particles/her blood. From what I saw for a split second, she looks human, and wears a lot of black.

wynncraft doesnt really have a way to make it so that if you just defeat her and not kill her in minecraft
how else would she be able to talk to you later on when your done

What you can find out in the quest is this:


-Qira is female, and not a villager.

-Her skin is completely pitch black, and her eyes glow pure white.

-She has various villagers working for her, in the form of Yansur and the Hive shop merchants. They refer to her as though they are either servants or slaves(calling her Mistress).

-She lives in The Hive, which is located in a rocky pit. The sky is dark there, like it is over the Nether realm and in the Realm of Light.

-She has somehow created many powerful entities, which you fight through in the Hive.

-She has enough power to cure the Decay of the forest...or perhaps had? We aren't given a specific time frame as to when the Decay could've been cured. Perhaps it's gotten too far out of hand and she can't anymore. We aren't told.

-She chose not to cure the Decay for unknown reasons, instead staying within the Hive and creating the creatures you battle. Yansur believes she is preparing for some kind of war, but details are not specified.

-She has created some kind of tournament through the Hive, seemingly to recruit soldiers to her cause.

-She refers to the players as mortal.

-She was unaware of the power of Wynnic fighters.

-Her arena has various black eggs on top of the ledges in the arena.

-Her arena has a massive red and black spider creature on top of it.

-She refers to herself as the mother of the brood, so even if she did not directly create the creatures in the Hive, she had some part in their formation and considers them to be her's.

-Some of her creations have gone 'rogue' and escaped the Hive, such as the weak Hive Scuttlers. You can also find a rogue Hive Broody in the caves around the Hive, rarely. This implies that for certain Hive creations, Qira does not oversee their development.

There may be a few details I've missed, but here's one that isn't told in the quest: One of the enemies you can fight in the Hive, Qira did not create. She recruited this enemy, and it fights for her of its own volition.

Maybe this is not helpful...

-Hive biome is 'The End'

 

Some would consider her evil, but I think not.
As Selvut said, she has/had the power to cure the decay, perhaps.

And I also don't think we actually killed her. (Like Death in ToA)

Actually I thought it was Kigh-rah...
But I can't disagree with it's creator :P

 

If we can defeat Qira, doesn't that mean we, too, have the power to cleanse the Decay? I think that would make an awesome quest, where you're able to completely clear the corruption/decay from Wynn and Gavel for good. Who knows, a quest like that could come with the main story line??

 

I don't even care if it's Kee-rah, Kigh-Rah sounds more fitting and more cool to me.

 

I hinestly didn't think she'd look that plain. Well then.

Well, Qira couldnt use Decay destroying magic on us, cause we're not Decay. She could be using a different type of magic to fight us (decay killing magic and combat magic are possibly separate).

 

While an ending to Qira, Bob, Death, etc. in one (or multiple) quest would be awesome unless it kills off our character or something we'll just have that level 100(+) character with nothing to do and nothing more to expect. The Devs probably have some sort of ending planned out for later down the line but I'm honestly kind of hoping for something more satisfying then 'no more corruption, nothing more to face, GG go home'.
