Yellow Powder IV in the cimetery near Lexdale, didn't find how to access it

 

I'm assuming none of these work yet, correct?

 

Tier V white powder is found! Hippie even made a vid about it! (credits to me for telling him te location xD)

Found White Powder IV

Already saw this... I'm actually finding them myself.

 

The red powder relic is in the giant ant nest, when the servers are back public i will go and find it again, it is at the bottom and requires you to find a secret door/fireball hole...

I coulda sworn there was either a blue or green tier 3 powder outside of Llevingar in the port area. Not sure which one. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

 

That's Blue IV

 

Yellow IV is on the mountain that you go to in the quest "From the Mountains", not in a cemetery

I've discovered the White Powder VI relic. It's in a surprisingly easy to reach location.

Spoiler: Location

Beginning in Eltom, you'll want to climb the staircase on the right side of this image. After following the path for a while, you should see an airship dock and a tower. Go inside and climb the spiral staircase to the top, where you will find a bridge leading into a cave. The relic is just inside, out in the open. There is no puzzle protecting this relic.

On the other side of that mountain is a hole connecting to tunnlels filled with giant ants. Navigate downwards through the tunnels until you reach a large cavern with the queen ant. Directly in front of her is a stone button on the ground. Pressing it will cause the queen to shoot a fireball at the wall opposite of her. Go into the hole it makes, and cross the lava parkour to get to the shrine.
