So, as you can see, you can spam spells for almost forever. And they will do a shit ton of damage, but you only pretty much wanna use Arrow Storm, and once it gets a bit high, use bomb arrow once, then rinse and repeat. You should be dealing an insane amount of spell damage while healing really fast. But this is how you should spread out your points
100 dex
30 int
68 agility.
(You fight bosses by cornering them and dancing around them while spamming arrow storm)
And its a pretty cheap budget build.

Update: As for the boots, there are a lot of options, like Missing or Steamjet Walkers. Personally I'm going to run Missing

UPDATE:
Buy the qira bow with master voucher. You should ALWAYS have a neutral damage item.

 

If you're going for lifesteal, I would go defence rather than agility because bosses may kill you in 1-2 hits. Whereas defence lets you tank a few hits then life steal up!

 

Nothing can be better than Endgame... because then its called Endgame.

i think im going to make 2 variations.

 

agility for archer? NO WAY thats bad, dodging attacks is mainly for close ranged people, like assassin and sometimes warrior but warrior should be classic like only defense and strength, with a bit of intell agility and dex
archer should get lots of dex strength and some defense so they dont die. or atleast thats what i think, i could totally be wrong

 

Its hard to make a shitty defense better, not taking damage most of the time is better imo

 

65% if you max it, would be worth it if it was 75% but 65.. ;-;

 

You kind of have to be closed range if you want to use Arrow storm to it's full potential, strength is also not preferred since archer is a high DPS class
