Help!! What are the DrownedSarnic Citizens and the treasure guardian's (boss) elemental stats.

What build would u recommend if only a two-mage party to battle through and kill the boss?

The boss one-hits were cutting our health to half. We were too frantic to notice what elemental stats were as the hits from him and sidekicks came fast and furious. We're also not sure how to interpret the stats (shown above their heads).

We have a Relic Wand (it had all 5 element dmg but range 1-14) .
Our other wand choices had no Thunder dmg: Elder Wand, Sunrise, a diablo and Olux's Prized Wand and Ciocca.

 

Listen you are TWO mages just heal yourself and meteor, also I don't think that they added elemental stats to all mobs. Especially in thw wynn province.

 

I feel your pain, I tried to solo the boss and it can two-shot me with it's special+normal even when I'm a mage. Yeesh.

P.S. Meteor barely does anything because Mage isn't good for dps and better for survivality. When a boss can basically kill you in a matter of seconds though you wonder why survivalibility is even needed.

P.P.S Trying to spam heal somehow ends in me spamming Ice Snake instead. Dunno why. Maybe my reflexes make me click Right twice.

 

Thanks for sharing your video on battle with Treasure Guardian as your Lv68 Mage. It was informative and glad we were not the only ones feeling the pain. But it makes me realize i need to be higher level (am 63 mage, & my friend is Lv60). And i need to have better gear/mana steal or life steal. My friend doesn't want to wait and level up. She wants to party up with a few people. Since we are mages, according to a few "forum" advisors, we need a warrior or two, and an archer. Rotating our attacks might help us heal better. I Know i need to get 6 high level heal potions. Not sure if I'll ever be ready to face this boss!

You have sticky keys like me? Lol actually i think i panic and dont execute the spells properly. Meantime, after being traumatized by this quest experienc, I've been laying low. No quests. Not really doing much. Just recently, been practicing dueling with a friendly lv80 mage and lv62 warrior, and i realized now I shouldn't have spurned dueling requests as before. There's much to learn from dueling.

 

If you are still stuck on this quest then meet up on saturday at selchar at about 5:30 GMT. I am a level 66 warrior and I also can't do it on my own but if you want I can help you with the boss. I have a pretty tanky build so I might be a good meat shield xD
Also can you help me find the cave? I have forgotten completely where the cave the boss monster hides in is. I know it's somewhere near selchar but not exactly where.

 

Urgh... this boss doesn't one shot you. It's just that the arrow storm is really fast. I almost killed it at level 65. I'm now 68 and trying to level up for some interesting items. And as for a build, I'm aiming for max intel, 60 defence and the rest on strength. And the relic wand isn't actually that good, nothing compared to Olux's Prized Wand anyway. I recommend using that wand, because I'm still using it at level 68.

 

The Treasure Guardian resists water/fire elements by 100, and is weak to Thunder by 200. It deals fire and water damage.

The Drowned Sarnfic Citizens resist water by 100, fire by 65, and are weak to Thunder by 100. They deal water damage.

Also, a tip: hide behind pillars when the boss is using Arrow Storm.
