Classes In Gavel?

Apparently archer became glass, warrior became snail, assassin became a kid using a stick to beat other people and mage became an atmoic bomb

Archer is SUPPOSED to be a glass cannon, but its range is what gives it a huge advantage.

Warrior's your generic tank class. Moves a bit slower, but can take a lot of hits, and has somewhat subpar attack strength.

Assassin's just all about hitting fast. It's the DPS class, it has the fastest weapons. But its attack strength is lower in exchange, which is why it feels like you're beating people with a stick.

Mage is considered "op" due to its versatility in elements, and its extremely useful heal spell. Almost all of its attack spells use different elements to deal damage. Not to mention, its spells are just powerful. A high-intel mage destroys everything in its path. And its heal spell is just extremely useful due to the new health regen mechanic, given that you regen health with a snail's speed.

Mage to have fun, kill shit, and not die.

 

More like it just requires the least skill to use. Which isn't a bad thing, easy classes are generally considered the best. It's just that most of the other classes are hard to adjust to with the new system, or hard to adjust to for new players.

why not make the hardest class the strongest? why the easiest the strongest/ it makes everyone goes and play mage!

 

It's not, the harder classes like assassin are very powerful. It's just that it's almost impossible to die as a mage, especially if you have high intel. In fact, it still has a pretty low damage output, but it can survive almost as long as a warrior, if not longer.

 

what I don't like about this class system is that some classes (like mage) to be OP right after you start but some take really long time to become actually string( like assassin). Why not make it like this: The lower level you are, the easier it is to control and higher level extremely hard to become strong. Like ALL the learning curve like the curve of energy needed to be closer to C. first 60 levels easy and slowly it becomes more and more powerful as you know how to use it, not like a horizontal line which you dont need to learn and become a master with oak wood weapon.

It's like in order to become strong, not only need practice and practice, but is to understand the class thoroughly in order to masterize.

Why? because when you are playing a class like assassin and it's really bullcrap at first and when you compare th e learning curve u find out mage is really easy and everyone (except the ones with awesome patience) will become mage and it wont be wynncraft anymore. it would be magecraft.

 

its AoE damage is higher than other classes
its versatility is higher than other classes
its survive ability is better than other classes

that means it's OP

 

and still i dont understand why wynncraft need to buff smoke bomb. if you want good range damage, you can just turn around and become an archer.

also i enjoy assassin soo much before the update is that he is a glass atomic bomb. he gets into close range, with bullcrap survivability but with beast like damage that can kill everyone. but now after the update, it just doesnt seem right..... everything just feels wrong

 

But a Mage lacks the ability to dish out damage. It's meteor spell can hit multiple mobs but all around, its pretty ineffective at dealing good sums at damage. It's ice snake doesn't deal much damage either. It's a good all around class, but is meant for support over a one man army.

 

Mage has the toughest time at the beginning of the game, having the lowest damage and NO ATTACK SPELL until level 21. Quests with bosses like Thieving Rodents are torture.

 

the time you spend on level 1-21 is nothing compared to the time you spend on 22-100

 

Ikr I played a Mage before Gavel got him to 21 but before I got him 21 it was torture to play the heal spell was almost useless and and potions where worse
