Undertale (the Rp)

You are a human who has just fallen off a great mountain into a cave. You land on a bed of golden flowers. Your tale starts now, your UNDERTALE (NYEH HEH HEH! Puns are fun!)

Spoiler: Rules

Rule 1. Don't do anything too op. Ex. I walked around and picked up a real knife,i then murder everyone instantly.

Rule 2. Try to keep the story on some route that relates to Undertale in some way.

Rule 3. SOUL powers have their limits, with Determination you can only reset 1 time to your last SAVE point (this resets the game to the save point for everyone) and there can only be two players at the same time with Determination. Determination can not be used while you are dead but can be used when near death.

With Patience you can dodge any attack a total of 10 times by standing still.

With Bravery you can dodge 20 attacks total but you have a chance to fail and waste your turn. I will choose what happens by a roll of two dice, both dice most get over 3.


Integrity will let you instantly dodge any attack that is any shade of blue or you can dodge any attack if your soul is turned blue.

Perseverance lets you continue if you die (a total of two times).

Kindness will let you instantly spare any monster if (when i roll) you get over three on 2 dice. The chance on bosses is the same but with 6 dice (some bosses can't be spared and i will say that info when you check the boss)

Justice will let you do 5x your damage for one hit. This can only be used 5 times total

Rule 4. Have fun and be respectful, also don't argue with me.

Spoiler: Actions

Different monsters have different health (you can see how much by checking it) and different weapons and armor have different stats (which i will tell you if you pick it up) If you decide to attack then i will roll a dice, if you get 3,4,or 5 your weapons attack will be multiplied by 2. If you get a 2, it will be multiplied by 1.5. If you get 1, you miss. If you get a 6 then it will be multiplied by three. These rules also go for the enemy, but a 2 counts as a miss. (it will say the enemy base attack if you check them)

If you decide you want to give MERCY to a monster, you get a MERCY roll (Some monsters cannot be spared). To successfully give mercy to a monster, you must get a 6. These odds can be changed if you decide to ACT. (when you chose an actions from the ACT menu, i will tell you the changes made to the MERCY roll).

If you want to flee from common monsters, you must get a 6.

If you wish to act, then you may chose to either CHECK the monster or do another action listed when you are being attacked.

If you want to use an ITEM, then you tell me which item you want to use (when you get an ITEM i will tell you its stats).

Undertale is a game made by Toby Fox, i suggest you watch a playthrough or even play it VERY HIGLY. I guess i can let you play, just make sure to read everything and fill out an application. If you have questions, feel free to ask me.

 

You didn't explain anything important. What's route? How do you play? How do you fight? Why would I spare a monster? Explain how to play. Not everyone is an Undertale fan like you.

 

I meant this game to be for Undertale fans only, but i can give you a briefer. Question 1: You can choose between three routes, one where you are nice and spare everyone (Pacifist), the other where you kill some monsters but spare other ones (Nuetral), and one where you murder everything (Genocide). Question 2: Directions on how to play the rp are above, to play the game, you can find it on steam. Question 3: That is also covered above. Question 4: These monsters are special, some are nice, others are mean. They all have special personalities. and come on, would you really wanna kill this?

"Man it's hard to be nice when you have no SOUL." You hear the flower mumble.

Once the flower says that last statement you jump back out of fear. But then you realize he is trying to be nice in his own little way so you walk up to him again.
"Just keep going forward and only stop once you meet a goat lady!"

I walked down into the purple ruins, and felt determination entering it.

 

As you confidently stride through the Ruins you notice some sort of feminine goat, it seems like the wrong end of some sort of government experiment.
"I am TORIEL, caretaker of the RUINS. Please, let me lead you through these dangerous traps and explain what is happening. Me, and everyone else under here are monsters. Most of us are not mean or scary like your human stories say, I will do my best to help you achieve whatever you should want down here. Now, please take my hand and follow me to my home.
Do you follow TORIEL or rush past here and explore this weird new land.

 

"..." Step on the Flowey (Attack Flowey)

 

I smirked and toke Toriel's hand, I followed on whatever place we are heading to

 

"YOU IDIOT! I TRIED TO BE NICE, I TRIED TO SPARE YOU, BUT YOU WOULD NOT COMPLY! DIE!"
Little flower seeds circle what seems like your heart and the very essence of you being. The seeds grow closer and closer until....
"GAH!! NOT AGAIN!" Flowey screams as he is hit by a ball of flame.
"I am TORIEL, caretaker of the RUINS. I keep trying to discipline this flower but he does not obey, just like a child... Please follow me to my home, there are many traps on the way so take my hand."

Do you follow TORIEL or do you ask her to explain what weird world you have found yourself in.
