2 Questions About ??? Not Having To Do With The Quest Itself...

Well, I've already completed the quest itself, but I have a few questions....

1. While this quest is meant to be a big big secret, as time passes, probably throughout this year, more and more people will find the quest and complete it, and eventually, a good chunk of the playerbase will know of its location, pretty much making the rule around ??? almost useless, what I'm saying is, in the future, so many people will know of its location, the ??? rule will be useless, is this rule going to be changed in the future if something like this happens? Its almost impossible to keep 1000+ people silent about 1 thing you know....

2. Is this the last time something like this is going to be added to Wynncraft? I really hope it is, when a single quest has the power to demote staff, (I realize it was their fault but still), I find that a bit rash, I don't want Wynncraft to become Area 51 if they have multiples of these secret quests that get you banned if you say something about it, I'm not sure how important this secret is, and I know staff don't want players to be spoiled by it, but maybe you could try less-harsh methods of keeping this secret, a secret.

 

It would be illogical to keep the rule around forever, but we have expectations for when it should be relaxed, which isn't a few days after release.

I don't know. One thing I will say is that there would be no reason for harsh punishments if everyone did keep it a secret.

 

This isn't a quest. The only reason it is a quest is to be able to give a reward. It is entirely a secret, not a quest.

Remember that this is not simply a quest. It's a secret.

 

1. Only time will really tell, I mean the Relic rules changed so that you can talk about powder locations.
2. I honestly do hope more quests like ??? get added. The thrill of solving the mystery by actually observing the world around you, is an extremely fun experience. You can meet cool people along the way, and just the thrill of knowing you know a huge secret is barrels of fun. ??? is more of an experience, not an obstacle, and I want to see more.
