SPOILER The Merchant For The Golden Clock

Yeah it's a bit underwhelming, but the boots and the amulet look nice, and the boots/legs combination is quite nice as well, but the rings, eugh.

Also I see NO correlation to a clock anywhere near the premise, nor is there anything that looks like a giant clock at the coords.

 

if you go outside and into cinfras you will see a giant clock. the cords are just the inside

You need to push a button in the forge in the Airship port near the tavern.

 

I died when I had 6...I needed 7. I almost cried knowing I'd have to travel across the entire province to get that other peice.
