Framerate Getting Murdered Just By Looking At Certain Spots

I don't know how, and I hope I'm not alone in this, but there are various locations that kill my framerate by looking at them.

I look away from the guild hall and everything is alright, I look at the clock and everything goes wrong.



I decided to make something in MS Paint.

 

This happens in a lot of spots for me...

 

Well... Don't look at that spot then.

 

Already found a way inside the clock merchant trust me the armor isnt worth it

One doesn't simply.... look at the clock tower without being slowed through time dialation.

 

I get 290 frames in the ocean, and 30 in Detlas. 1.8 Logic.

 

An iron heart part one underwater quest in the boat time valley in Asher's house right side of llevigar to name a few

 

I also get lots of lag here but somehow...

... not here.
