Looking For Level 90+ Player! Will Pay 1 Le!

I need a level 90+ player who hasn't done the quest: Fantastic Voyage. Mine got bugged and now I can't get in.

At the end, there's a door that you can only open from the inside. If someone can do this quest and open the door for me at the end, that would be great! I will pay 1 LE, possibly even more if I have to!

 

Sadly there's a region blocking you off even if you do get someone to open the door.

 

Oh no... Isn't there any other way for me to do this? I want to complete it before the double xp ends... :/

Can I take the boat again after I completed that quest? I'm not too sure where to go and where everything was... I'll try to get there... but could you please tell me in steps how I can get there? I would really appreciate it, thank you!

 

You just go through the quest as normally. Hop on the boat, go to the steering wheel, swim through the steering segment, go into the ship, find Relend, blow up the boulder, enter the very fun place, exit the very fun place, done.
