Guide How To Beat The Cow

The Corrupter of Worlds is pretty hard. At least, it is on the surface.
I just defeated it solo with a level 68 mage, so it can't be that hard, right? Right! You just need to be prepared.
So, here is my guide to how I beat CoW.

1. Go look and get your bearings
Just run in. No, I'm not crazy. Just go in and have a look. The CoW is fast and has some friends called Corrupter Spawns. It can catch you off guard, so it's best to just experience it first. Many of you reading this have probably gone in and seen, but it's surprisingly helpful.

2. Get a Good Weapon
Get a weapon with high air damage. At the very least get one with some air damage. The CoW is weak to air. If you have any rings, bracelets or pendants with a +air grab them.

3. Be careful and hide
When you go in, try not to be seen by CoW. Get a good vantage point where the CoW can't get you by using a transport spell or just parkour. Then spam your most powerful spell. This will be difficult for Warriors and Assassins, due to the lack of ranged attacks. For these classes you'll need to be lower down and closer to the CoW.

And there you go! Keep spamming and grab the heart. And now you can enter ToL!

A quick n' dirty guide on the CoW? I love it.

Some things I might want to add:

1. Use whatever Fire/Air spell you have and keep spamming it.

2. Stick a skillet in lava until it's red hot. Then whack the CoW until it dies. Or suck it into a vacuum cleaner. Or do both.

I soloed CoW on my first try a while ago

 

I know, I just saw loads of posts asking for CoW help.

 

I soloed bob on a level 68 archer with the legendary bow by the name of Infinity.

 

I soloed him with a level 68 mage using some crappy level 48 unique wind wand. Just exploit the enemies' weaknesses if you're around the proper level. If it's an enemy who is immune to all forms of elemental damage suck as Bob, assemble a raiding party of 5+ people to kill him using highly damaging neutral damaging weapons.

 

I used that bow too, then got a maelstrom and passed it down to a friend. He was just level 55.

 

I'm gonna solo him "soon" and I was almost thinking exactly what the guide told me to do

 

CoW is too easy, I killed him with sunset in less than 2 minutes at level 68

 

I separated Me and CoW from his spawns than I just used a neutral damage spear and took the hits due to me being a tank, every once and a while though I would have to run away and drink a potion
