Custom Resource Pack Still Not Working For Me

Starting today, the resource pack for the Wynncraft servers stopped working for me. I've had no problem with it before except for today. I haven't changed anything with my account and it somehow just stopped loading for me. I've already read and done everything in Salted's post, I have resource server packs enabled, but it's still not working. I don't even think that it's just my computer either. I've joined other servers that have custom resource packs and they work perfectly fine. If you have any advice, or have dealt with this problem too and figured out what else needs to be done, I'd highly appreciate it if you would comment, thanks.

My Texture Pack stopped working about a week ago. I started a YouTube Series the day before I couldn't see the Texures, so RIP YouTube Series

You need to install the server texture pack from outside the server, and then turn off server textures. My friend got it from here (personally I had no problems with it) http://www.mediafire.com/download/kg9cfm168bdurq0/legacy_wynnpack.zip
