    IDK if this item existed before the Gavel update, but the mana regen is godlike for such a low level item.

    It did exist... however I'm not sure about the mana regen being on the IDs before Gavel.

    You were talking about low level items with a high mana identifications?

    I feel like I'm going to keep this for a long time as a secondary weapon, mostly just for holding purposes while sprinting to regain mana.
