    So... here it is.
    I will take the top two from this one and top three from the other one in the overall favorite poll once this poll closes.

    My qualification is the scroll merchant.

    No weapon or armour merchant

    Therefore, Thanos isn't a town either? Dwarven towns, at least Thanos and Dogovi, don't get scroll merchs. Also, I believe quests for it might be coming soon as level 90+ quests are coming in another patch and Magma Peaks are a lvl 90-95 ish area.

    With advanced towns im more thinking about towns that have access to advanced technology, like llevigar with the power central thing and cinfras with the airships, maybe say 75+ instead of advanced, to specify what you mean.
