I've gotten nearly perfect ID's on it; the minimum Walk Speed on it is -98% and the Maximum Health Bonus is 3900. Mine has -100% Walk Speed and 3870 Health Bonus, so I'll be auctioning that one off...I might make a thread for it soon.
