Masterpiece's Reward

I have completed the quest, "Masterpiece", I got the painting, but for some reason I logged in today and I don't have it. Is there anyway that the quest could get reset for me, or I could get it refunded, because I want it back. :[

 

Wynncraft has a strict no-refund policy. :/

 

Have you tried /fixquests? Idk if it does quest rewards but its worth a shot.

 

Why wouldn't we refund Quest Items? (assuming this is a Quest Item)

 

I believe he means the painting you get from Caissop, but I could be wrong.

If you mean the painting, then you would want it, in Cinfras theres a merchant that trades the painting for 3LE

 

Because this isn't strictly a quest item. You get it as a reward and can be cashed, so this would definitely be under the no-refund policy. In fact, the rules even state that quest items lost are not guaranteed to be replaced if /fixquests doesn't work. Therefore, ALL items fall under the strict no-refund policy unless Salted/Grian say otherwise.
