One of us at least should guard the Vault. Or...

Just then, a hissing sound is heard somewhere behind me. A gigantic snake crawls out of a newly made hole in the ground. I say, "Ah, that would be the back-up I called for. Maybe if I summon more monsters from the Darklands, we could use them to guard the Emerald Vaults. At least then Feiha wouldn't be able to enter."

 

"I... uh... are those natural? Thank gods Ihra can't see that right now..." I glance at the forest. There's a blue crystal floating above the ground radiating a similar colored aura.
"At any rate, that's a good point. Guards would... slow her down. If nothing else, it'd be a way to know she's near the Vault."

 

OOC: there is no Forrest near my house, unless you walked back to Gargantuan :p

 

"So, Vesius, tell me about your homeland? I'm intrigued."

 

I say, "They are more natural than a human actually. This species existed long before humans. They come from deep inside the Forest of Nyme in the Darklands. There aren't many left as I allow my people to hunt them if they dare, but they are useful on some occasions." Then I say to Rogue, "Where is the entrance to the Vault? I'll leave this monster and a few others I'll summon later there."

Ability(ies): Doesn't need to eat, sleep, rest, or refuel. Can run slightly faster and jump slightly higher than a human. Also, mostly immune to fire. Weak against electricity though.
Blade, Bow, or Tome? (Choose up to two): A steel shortsword and a steel crossbow that fires incendiary bolts.

Additional Details and Lore: He was created as some type of experimental robot in a factory near a farming town. He was discarded as a failed prototype, and thrown into the wilderness. he eventually made his way back to the farming town, Karn. He decided to take up a job as a mercenary for hire. He takes almost all work offered, assassinations, guarding a trader, etc.
Relative location of settlement: Karn is a farming town. It has fertile soil. Nearby towns get their crops from here. Traders also often pass by. To the north, is is surrounded by plains. To the south, there is a forest. It also has a lake, lake Karn, to the northeast.

There's another dimension linked so closely with our world, you can walk into it; we call it The Desert. Nobody's really made it out of there alive; if you're outcast there, you're generally expected to die sooner or later. If the heat doesn't kill you, those trying to survive will. At any rate, you asked about the homeland... well, each draconian has a role. Elements, per se. Here, most dragons can breathe fire, but if you told me to, well... I can't. Terra is an aspect meant for mining, and that was my job. I worked in the quarry, gathering raw materials for the Vulcans. They were masters of the forge, and frankly, that's all I ever saw. Everyone's expected to perform their task and stay out of everything else."

"I... I wish to explore this forest sometime. It sounds like somewhere Ihra's mother would encourage me to train."

"It's in the southern portion of Ghrihlehm Peaks, at least that's what's Katherine told me on the way here. Anyways I'm turning my comm off while I'm flying, it distracts me. ~*FzzzPop*~ COMM SYSTEMS OFF." (That means I'm not gonna reply for a while, I have to make breakfast)

 

I tell the snake creature, "Ho up uif Tuft, Tusbanq boe uif Wipje! Cusjoh uif puifst!" (Go to the Sea, Swamp and the Void! Bring the others!) Then I fly into the air and go to the Ghrihlehm Peaks.

 

OOC: ok, so Karn isn't in the maps, that's a problem, so for now I'll place you where Karn WILL be once it is placed on the map, in the No Mans Lands near the Great Galoo Bridge (to see the maps go in the forum Void Rift Report!). It's a small village though. Good luck, you will probably run into Vesius and his group soon, because it's the exact same path they are traveling. Happy Hunting!

"Huh, what was that? Better be safe then sorry." I say as I pull out my Proton Cannon.

 

"Ok, so apparently before I was interrupted by, everything, I was trying to meet my contact, where did he say he wa, Kern Kurn, Aha! Karn! There it is. *ClickSnap* Engaging landing gear, and put it on the ground." I say as I land the Luna
