I've done my fair share of GM work for Wynncraft in the past, and it didn't end up all too well.
But if it's alright, I'd be willing to help work on content for this game.
Just... don't expect me to be good at drawing.

Quest stages (short summaries of what the player has to do):
1. Talk to Myrton at X -1088 Z -3735
2. Bring Myrton [5 Potion of Drunkness], [1 Fish], and [3 Potato]
3. Trace the ogre's footprints leading away from the camp
4. Report to Myrton what you saw
5. Slay the ogre and return the socks to Myrton
6. Bring Myrton [5 String] to stitch up the socks

Dwarf's first speech:
Before level 29)
Myrton: "Ey! Stop spying on me! I may be a wee little dwarf, but my strength is not to be reckoned with! Ye better not come back til' ye're level 29!"

Level 29 or above)
Myrton: "How dare that bloody oaf take me precious socks?! I swear, I'll bash hi-"
Myrton: "'Ey, what are ye spying for? Having a good ol' chuckle watching a dwarf in fury?! How about I teach ye a little lesson about messing with dwarves?! My stone axe will show you the true definition of dwarven strength!"
Myrton: "!"
Myrton: "! ..."
Myrton: "..."

Myrton: "*sigh* Sorry about the outbursts, it runs in me family."
Myrton: "I suppose an introduction be in order. Me name be Mytronius Petreghar von Fredinick-Alybast III. I'd rather ye call me Myrton."
Myrton: "Last night, my tent was raided by an ogre who terrorizes the island."
Myrton: "And good night, he was gigantic! I swear, he was at least eight feet tall, and worst of all, that blighter stole me favorite socks!"
Myrton: "Me thinks I could use a little push to get back them socks."
Myrton: "But before we get ahead of ourselves with this little plan in me noggin, I'm short on grub."
Myrton: "Note to dwarf, feasting every night is not an efficient means of resource management."
Myrton: "I'll be returning to the stronghold in a few days, so just bring me [1 Potion of Drunkness], [1 Fish], and [3 Potato] for now. I'll fill ye in on me little situation after a hearty meal."

(Also I guess Frost Bitten is an example of one of my quests, but your call, I suppose.)

A weapon that has random damage outputs, but consistent elemental damage. Effective against monsters with certain elemental weaknesses.

4. Make up a gameplay mechanic for the game.
Unleash Gauge
What would you do if you had all the time in the world?
When full, the player can activate a Soul Unleash.
A Soul Unleash allows the user to perform an action with maximum potential.
Time freezes until the gauge depletes, and the player has a variety of choices to make.
They can rush across the map with unimaginable speed.
They can build up health and reinforce themselves with buffs.
They can create the world's biggest attack combo.
They can charge up the most powerful attack of all time.
Or they could do all of them.
After all, when Unleashed, your potential is at its highest.
It's just up to you to use it.

5. Make up a spell.
Chrono Blizzard
Summons a magic circle that charges up a freezing blast. When the blast detonates, everything inside the magic circle is frozen permanently, until attacked or thawed with fire.

So you're asking people to basically do all the work for you except for programming? And then you're insulting their intelligence by making the job seem highly prestigious, when they don't even get a reward for it? That's not how it works - if you want to work as a team, you have to split the work equally, instead of telling everyone else to 'do this' 'draw that' 'design this' 'draw that'. That prototype isn't especially astounding for someone who's been doing game dev for 6 years in any case...
