This is a little thing I cobbled together a few weeks ago. I completely forgot it existed until a few minutes ago, when I was working on my third build (and biggest yet)
I was like... man, I wonder what people would say if I posted that build on the forums... too bad I can't

Annnyways, it's supposed to be... like... A hobbit hole, kinda? It's not in the exact style of it, but it's a hole in the side of a hill, SO DON'T JUDGE ME!

The build itself is decent, unfortunately it does not compliment it's surroundings. Flowers don't exactly fit the cold infertile biome, and the build could use some bright greens, also the building style seems rustic with a hint of fantasy, which doesn't fit the vanilla terrain, It's pretty good detail wise and ok depth wise, otherwise, keep up the good work!

So, raise it up to be... maybe on a cliff? Like, this on the side of a mountain, with the valley below, and custom trees and waterfalls? And add more greens, so maybe vines and bushes? Oh, and I personally don't like the ground. Maybe I should texture it with podzol around the bushes / planter area? And, yeah, I should change the biome. Jungle or roofed forest?​

 

Its not like a new Area... not like a improvement... so yes...

 

Lemme think on it, lol this feels like this moments whe a guy on Athion invites a ton of people to help him with his palette. The other day this lead my to love acacia logs with prismarine. You don't have to change terrain too much but I'd go over it by hand or with voxelsniper if possible.

 

I'm working this into one of my much larger builds. You'll see it once I finish & post it.
