Please Help Me At Aldorei's Secret Part I

I can't figure out how to continue the quest. The quest book says "Talk to the residents of Aldorei Valley and search for clues". I don't know what to do, could you please help me? I found a cave that says "The key is the seeds of our people || Bring it to the house of the doomed one".

 

Ok, I came a little bit further, but now I have this: "To the east, eat only 3 bites from a treat of flour, then align the red with the flower". What does that mean?

 

In the biggest building there is a huge table with a cake on. Take 3 bites.

And on the wall you see a redstone block, align it with the sunflower that is on the other side.

 

how do you align the redstone block because I cannot work it out

 

Where do i get the sunflowers for the floor of the doomed ones house

 

Sunflower seeds are behind the water fall under doomed ones house

 

Maybe the two preasure plates on the floor? With a red will in between

Just behind "the doomed ones house" They lie on the ground :L
