Cannot Enter Game As My Knight/hunter

    I've been VIP for ages (Not VIP+ though), so that isn't the issue. I was able to make them and level them to 60-70 a long time ago.

    Fast forward to the Gavel update, I try to login on them and I simply get the "There has been an error. Please try again" message.

    How can I get onto these characters?

    As a side note, are there any comprehensive guides released on new items, mechanics, builds, etc? Clearly, a lot has changed.

    I'd suggest going to different servers.

    Also, you CAN get skill point resets if you do the quest "Tower of Amnesia", which requires you to get all the teleport scrolls in Wynn (excluding Troms now, I think). They cost an LE, though.
