Im Going To Quit...

I've been trying to do Bob for about a week. I'm a lvl 76 Archer with a bow that does 275-350 damage. Full Champion Set.

The new Gavel update has completely ruined this quest for me. I have tried my HARDEST to do as much damage as possible, but it just does not want to drop a seal that I can pick up. If this is a bug, can you please fix this? I cannot for the life of me complete this quest...

 

Thats why you should create a new character :D. So you can get the new gavel gear along the way

That's really strange if you can't pick up the seal, it's a bug...

 

Elemental damage is a bit glitched at the moment. I'd recommend using a neutral weapon, but the only ones you can find are for like level 50. Try to find a weapon with a decent amount of neutral damage or just wait until elemental defense works properly.

 

He means that you should create a new class so you can easily understand the game. The new item system changed everything and the current items you have may not be your playstyle or even a playstyle at all.

 

Dude Im using a bow with 250+ neutral

 

Bob Is Immortal. Meaning that spells that YOU DO are caused by elemental damage. Bob doesn't take elemental damage hence you gotta kill him by shooting 1 arrow like a vanilla bow.

Even If you have a neutral bow. My mythical spear does earth damage.

 

So you're saying that you can't complete a quest a quest and you're going to quit?

Regardless, a lot of your power comes from the elemental damage of your spells. When elemental resistance is fixed, Bob will become much easier. We suggest that you maybe try some Gavel quests in the meantime since we agree that currently Bob is too tough.
