    You need to get a time machine to go back in time.

    Basically, veteran is for people who bought VIP before the EULA was fully enforced. That was in August 2014, when the Wynn Revamp happened.

    You can no longer get the Veteran rank anymore. Only people who were VIP before a certain update have the rank.

    You don't play to be veteran, it's a rank that everyone who had VIP before the EULA became more prevalent, got.
