Hey everyone!

The title said all...
I just finished An Iron Heart part II (I know I am late, but I was on vacation and just got back) and I was wondering what you guys chose. If you didn't finish the quest yet, feel free to just exit this thread (No need to read unwanted spoilers, even though they literally made a video about it). This might have been posted before BUT HEY, I just got back and I'm too lazy to delve into the archives...

So I wanted to know what you guys chose. But on top of that I wanted to know WHY you chose it.
Did you just want some extra emeralds, or did you do what you thought was right to do?
Or did you just chose the bribe on accident... Lol, you fool!

Why?
It wasn't out if a sense of honor, or duty, or even morality.
It wasn't accidental.
It was entirely intentional.

So like I opened my quest book, not facing the npc at all, then closed it.

Just like that, I had no choice at all but to accept the leggings of shame.

 

Yeah, I have upwards of like 168% XP bonus. At level 94, it's basically necessary lest leveling take forever

But consequently I have like 6k health

 

Ehh i did THE quest but i didnt choose anything

 

Lag, clicker on him. Ragequited a few minnets later, but too late. Raged some more and felt sad when i talked back to the guy in Olux

 

If something like that actually happened with a bribe, I would take the bribe, then tell authorities. I would still have taken the bribe in game though, even if it wasnt by accident.

 

Smart, but if you take the bribe AND you tell the authorities you might end up with some mad criminals behind yo ass...

NPCs now automatically activate dialogue when you simply get close to them. I didn't run away from the guy when his speech ended so I got screwed :S

I got some nice pants though.

 

Are the rewards the same? Or do you not get anything for picking the detective? Just want to know cause I'm going to be doing the quest today or tomorrow with a friend.

 

You get more emeralds but worse leggings if you take the bribe, and less emeralds but +31%? xp bonus leggings if you don't

 

I accidentally joined the dark side by clicking him too much.

Because...

I know this meme is miss used

 

Bribe: -Leggings of shame and more emeralds
Detective: -Leggings of Honor, 200 emeralds less BUT more xp

 

Literally half of people accidentally got the wrong ending. Developers, please disable dialogue auto-initiating when close to NPCs.

 

I was going to get the honor leggings, but the door by him wouldnt work so i got lazy and just took the shame.

 

Yea, luckily I was careful!

 

I told the detective because it was the right thing to do.. duh.

I DON'T WANT INNOCENT VILLAGERS TO BE USED AS GUARDS ;-;
