SPOILER Need Help On Lazarus Pit 's Puzzle To The Basement

As the title , I cant sovle the puzzle

 

you have to go in the tree step on the plate. go down the tree cross the parkour. look at the pretty sign in the floor.
then thats the answer to the puzzle

btw you should give me the coords for the NPC that starts that quest if you wouldnt mind

 

I made it after I change my server , it is a bug that it may not be active sometime

 

Well, I don't even know what basement they mean?! :DDD

 

the "basement" is the area you can only access after stepping on the plate in the tree

 

I solved it anyway x3

 

Umm how can you press them? There is no buttons

 

the buttons are located outside the basement. the basement area only has the answer to puzzle
