Aldorei's Extremely, Very Well Hidden Secret

Since apparently questions can't have things like the spoiler tag,
in short, SPOILER ALERT-ish

Alright, so, I need help with Aldorei's fucking secret. I mean. Aldorei's Secret. I've gathered enough information to realize Kaeli is the next target. I've seen the sign saying place the "key of seeds" or something like that in the doomed ones house, Kaeli. Something also said to place the key in the golden squares, which is her golden carpet. I've thrown emeralds into all four and I'm stuck there.

Here's the main problem that you're getting into, as I have done myself before figuring it out.
Behind her house, on a path, there are sunflowers that have sunflower seeds. Collect them and throw them into the yellow carpet.

 

And now the riddle has me stumped.

edit: if your going to answer this anyone, make it obvious but not too obvious

 

The riddle tends to be more simple then you might think..

The three bites part refers to eating something on a table, while the red means it must be aligned with a certain symbol..

And if you want the full spoiler..

The biggest building has a large table with a redstone block on the wall. Aligned the redstone block using the pressure plates so it is aligned with the Banner on the opposite wall. There is a cake on the table, eat 3 pieces, no more, no less.

 

And this is why im retiring in Aldorei.
Also all i can think about is anime with these guys, no anime specifically though.

Do you know where I can get the Elven Medallion? I feel bad for not giving Kansard the boots.

 

I think I heard that in Part II you're able to get it when defeating the boss or something, choosing emeralds or Medallion. Something like that.

 

maybe the boss dropped it, but i fought the boss and it dropped nothing, it was an infinite fight

now that I think about it, you get cash either way,
since if you give the boots for free you get nothing probs, and if you don't you do, but in part II its vice versa
and vice versa for above
